Ideally you will have experience working within the charity or healthcare - or both or maybe a relevant government department at a senior strategic level.
You will be engaging with internal teams,fundraising, patient services etc., setting up governance, plan resourcing and establish workplans.
Key skills
Expertise in delivering and developing high quality information and support services for patients or the public.
A strategic operator with knowledge of operational processes within a charity context.
Proven experience in transformation projects within a services or information provision context.
Ability to lead project and change management within complex, matrix structures.   .
Successful influencer with proven experience leading and collaborating in large, complex organisations, building strong, collaborative relationships across diverse and senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.
Strong innovation skillset with robust digital services knowledge.
