This is a pivotal role where you will shape and operationalize the Ethics & Compliance framework across multiple regions, ensuring integrity and ethical business conduct while supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and tools.
*Design and implement a new Ethics & Compliance training framework.
*Manage distributor risk monitoring and oversee compliance processes.
*Monitor interactions with healthcare professionals and employees.
*Identify and mitigate compliance risks proactively.
*Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights.
*Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and manage emerging risks.
What We’re Looking For
*Bachelor’s degree and experience in compliance or legal roles within Life Sciences.
*Strong knowledge of global regulations (FCPA, Anti-Bribery) and industry codes (MedTech Europe, EFPIA).
*Proven ability to design and implement compliance programs.
*Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
*Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
*Experience with data analytics and Learning Management Systems preferred.
