We’re looking for a confident, creative individual to join a growing team as a Senior Marketing Executive. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a background in retail and a passion for delivering impactful campaigns across omnichannel platforms. The company operates within the art supplies sector, combining creativity with commercial strategy to inspire customers both online and in-store.
You’ll work closely with the Head of E-commerce and Head of Retail to bring trade marketing plans to life, ensuring seamless execution across digital and physical touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver and execute the trade marketing plan across omnichannel.
*Collaborate with Head of E-commerce and Head of Retail to validate campaigns, agree timelines, and ensure timely execution.
*Define required assets, liaise with the Design team, and coordinate implementation across digital and store channels.
*Adapt central campaigns for store rollout, ensuring consistency in POS and digital materials.
*Support local marketing initiatives, including store events and content capture.
*Communicate clearly across the business and gather feedback to improve future campaigns.
*Track and record spend against the trade marketing budget.
Skills & Experience
*1–3 years’ experience in retail or trade marketing.
*Execution-focused mindset – you make things happen.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
*Excellent communication skills and confidence working across teams and functions.
