We’re currently recruiting for a driven and commercially-minded Business Development Manager to join their high-performing team in Exeter.
*£27,000 - £32,000 + bonus OTE £10,800
*Full time, Permanent.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across the Exeter region. You’ll be selling contracted services into commercial sectors, managing your own pipeline, and working closely with regional teams to deliver strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Build and manage a profitable pipeline of new business opportunities
*Sell contracted services into commercial sectors across your territory
*Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
*Create and present strategic sales plans, reports, and forecasts
*Collaborate with Regional Commercial and Depot Managers on campaigns and strategies
*Lead pricing negotiations and tailor solutions to meet client needs
*Act as the main point of contact for prospective customers
What They’re Looking For
*Proven experience in new business sales, ideally within contracted services
*Minimum 1 years’ sales experience/ideally from a field sales background
*A strong track record of exceeding sales targets
*Excellent prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
*Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
*Full UK Driving Licence
