Location: Bristol

Are you ready to shape the future of graduate talent in a leading international law firm? We’re looking for a visionary Senior Emerging Talent Manager to define and deliver my clients strategy for attracting, developing, and retaining the very best graduate trainee solicitors across the UK and globally.
About the Role
As a senior leader, you’ll drive the firm’s graduate recruitment strategy, ensuring they remain an employer of choice in the legal sector, supporting a team of Early Careers Managers and Advisors. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and client teams to design programmes that deliver exceptional value to both the firm and its clients.
What You’ll Do
*Lead Strategy: Set and execute the graduate talent strategy aligned with business and client needs.
*Enhance Brand: Position the firm as a market leader through innovative campaigns and university engagement.
*Client-Centric Programmes: Develop initiatives that meet client expectations, including secondments and international placements.
*Drive DEIB: Champion diversity and inclusion across all graduate programmes.
*Innovate & Improve: Implement best practices and leverage data to continuously evolve our approach.
*Lead the Team: Inspire and develop a high-performing Emerging Talent team.
About You
*Extensive experience in graduate recruitment or emerging talent within professional services or legal sectors.
*Proven ability to design and deliver impactful talent strategies.
*Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
*In-depth knowledge of solicitor qualification pathways and market trends.
*Passion for innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement.
