We are seeking a passionate Trainer Assessor – Construction (Civil Engineering) to join a leading college. You will deliver high-quality training and assessment for Civil Engineering apprentices, support learners through their apprenticeship journey (including EPA preparation), and build strong relationships with employers and learners.
About the Role:
Salary: £31,110 – £36,157 (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Cambridge

Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver and assess Civil Engineering apprenticeship training
*Prepare learners for End Point Assessment
*Maintain compliance with awarding body and college standards
*Develop learner knowledge, skills, and behaviours
Requirements:
*Level 3 vocational qualification in Civil Engineering
*Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Qualifications (TAQA or equivalent)
*Recent vocational and assessing experience
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
