About the Role
You’ll provide comprehensive support to the management team.
You’ll be at the heart of business development efforts—profiling new clients, coordinating meetings, preparing proposals, managing our CRM, and keeping everything running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare compelling proposals and presentations in PowerPoint.
*Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
*Manage diaries, reschedule meetings, and follow up on actions.
*Coordinate travel arrangements, including liaising with international offices.
*Conduct LinkedIn research to identify and profile potential clients.
*Update and manage CRM and marketing database.
*Attend selected client meetings and events, capturing notes and key points.
*Assist in designing and inputting into presentations and sales documents.
*Review and update website content.
*Organise and manage client social and business events.
*Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data.
*Support end-to-end client engagement with timely, proactive assistance.
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, administration, or support roles.
*Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
*Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
*Proactive, efficient, and able to work under pressure.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
*Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
*High professional standards and a drive for continuous improvement.
*Confident in challenging the status quo and introducing new ideas.
