Graduate HR Assistant | Burton-upon-Trent | up to £30,000 plus benefits | Excellent Progression
A rapidly growing business based in Burton upon Trent are seeking a bright, ambitious and driven Graduate Level HR Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent, hybrid basis. Supporting a high performing HR Team with full generalist HR administrative support, the successful candidate will be play an active part in supporting with the roll out and development of the people culture and strategy alongside ensuring full administration and project support. Successful candidates must have at least 12 months of HR related experience, ideally within a rapidly growing, medium sized organisation, alongside having relevant qualifications such as CIPD Level 3 or 5 or HR degree (or similar).
Day to day duties may include:
*Providing day to day support for colleagues around benefits, pay, compliance and low-level issues
*Assisting with onboarding and employee lifecycles process
*Support with the attraction and onboarding of apprentices and graduates, ensuring the induction process is coordinated and rolled out efficiently
*Ensuring the LMS is up to date and producing of reports
*Leading on People related projects such as creating onboarding material, LMS content, roll outs of a HRIS alongside employee engagement tasks
*Regular people reporting for senior leadership
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of HR related experience, whether that is gained through a placement year, post university or similar. You will have a forward thinking and inquisitive approach to work with a need to constantly improve processes and ways of working. You will be confident, articulate and be a strong team player. Ideally you will be CIPD level 3 or 5 qualified (or similar/or currently undertaking). This role is full time with the option to work hybrid (3 days a week in office, 2 days working from home).
