Key Responsibilities: *Analyse retail sales data and generate reports that provide insights on performance across categories and channels
*Monitor KPIs and conduct variance analysis against forecasts and previous periods
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven support for merchandising and promotional strategies
*Identify and track relevant industry trends to inform future product development and marketing initiatives
*Assist in the creation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing findings and recommendations
*Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of business performance
Job Requirements: *Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role within a retail or consumer goods environment
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
*Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus
*Advanced Excel skills
*Experience using analytical databases (SQL desired) for data manipulation and reporting purposes
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
