Job Title: Temporary Administrator
Contract Type: 3-Month Temporary Assignment
Location: LS18
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £13.00

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of an education provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to contribute to a dynamic and student-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide general administrative support to academic and support staff.
*Manage incoming communications including emails, phone calls, and post.
*Maintain and update student records and databases accurately.
*Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and training sessions.
*Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
*Support enrolment and admissions processes.
*Handle confidential information in line with data protection policies.
*Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
Person Specification:
*Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within education or a similar sector.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*A team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
*Ability to work independently and use initiative.
