Customer Administrator - Immediately available

Location: Evesham Office based for training period, followed by 2 days home work, 3 days office thereafter
Hours: 37 hours per week - Can be flexible on hours between 08:00-17:00
Contract: Temporary until March

We’re looking for a Customer Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team on a temp-to-perm basis.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide efficient, courteous, and friendly service both over the phone and face-to-face. You’ll offer accurate information and advice on our clients services, manage site visitors, and support reception duties as rota’d..
During your training you to 1 month, you’ll be office-based to ensure full support and development. After probation, you’ll transition to a hybrid working model, with 2–3 days in the office and the rest from home.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle requests via phone, email, and other channels
*Provide accurate advice on accounts
*Assist with non-routine correspondence, formulate replies for approval and dealing with routine correspondence on own initiative, maintaining and updating standard letter, files and reports where necessary.
*Log and update case management system
*Liaise with contractors and schedule appointments
*Raise and monitor repairs and remediation work
*Ensure contractors provide all the necessary update information on coordinated/delivered works.
*Carry out administrative duties as necessary including letters and calendar management.
*Act as the point of contact for colleagues for general enquiries, email queries, phone calls, case updates, checking job statuses etc.
Experience & Qualifications
*Maths and English GCSE (A–C grade or equivalent)
*Previous experience in a busy office environment
*Confident handling customer queries and resolving issues
*Confident using IT systems and picking up new systems quickly

*Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work effectively under pressure
