Import Co-ordinator
?? Location: Basildon
?? Hours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM (Hybrid after probation)
?? Salary: Up to 32,000pa
We’re looking for an experienced Import Co-ordinator for our client to manage customer enquiries, prepare accurate freight quotes, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
*Respond to customer queries and provide competitive quotations
*Liaise with operations, sales, and customs teams
*Maintain pricing files and CRM records
*Support account management and performance tracking
Requirements:
*2+ years in freight forwarding/logistics
*Knowledge of international shipping & Incoterms
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Proficient in MS Office; CargoWise experience is a plus
