Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant that is looking for their next role?

Elevation are excited to partner with a long term client, operating in the manufacturing sector on an exclusive basis. Our client is on the look out for an Accounts Assistant to join the team, initially on a on going temporary basis but with the potential to go permanent in the future.

As the ideal candidate you will be familiar with purchase & sales ledger processes, reconciliations and have great organisational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant:


*Process purchase invoices, 3 way matching.
*Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts, resolving any discrepancies.
*Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales invoices.
*Monitor and record incoming payments, ensuring timely posting to customer accounts.
*Support the month end close process and assist with reconciliations.
*Respond to supplier and customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
*Help maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of reports.

Skills and Qualifications:


*Proven experience in Purchase and Sales Ledger management.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
