Job Description:
Internal Sales Executive
Location: Camberley
Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, driving new business, and developing long-term client relationships. You’ll work closely with both new and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities and deliver tailored business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
*Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and pipeline management
*Use data and insights to drive customer growth and achieve sales targets
*Develop and implement strategic plans for your accounts
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand growth
*Plan and manage your schedule effectively to maximise results
*Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and recommendations
*Support retention strategies by identifying and re-engaging at-risk accounts
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in Account Management or New Business Development
*Background in FMCG or a food-related company is desirable
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability
*Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
*Effective time management and organisational skills
*Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
