Job Title: Packing Operative
Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Thetford
Contract Type: 9-month contract (with potential to extend)
Pay Rate: £13.98 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Packing Operative to join our team in Thetford on a 9-month contract. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and looking for consistent daytime hours. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
*Packing products to required quality standards
*Labelling and preparing items for dispatch
*Checking products for defects or damage
*Working on a production or packing line
*Maintaining clean and organised work areas
*Following all health & safety and hygiene procedures
*Supporting wider production tasks as required
Skills & Experience
*Previous packing or production experience helpful but not essential
*Strong attention to detail
*Able to work at a steady pace and meet targets
*Physically fit for repetitive tasks
*Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
