*We are looking for a confident solicitor, legal executive or experienced paralegal to join our Private Client department, working with two experienced and friendly senior solicitors and both paralegal and secretarial support.
*The work is varied and interesting, and ranges through straightforward Wills and LPAs to more complex lifetime planning (including trusts), the administration of estates, LPAs, Court of Protection work, elderly and vulnerable client care and liaising with our litigation department in relation to Contentious Probate matters
*You will have solid experience and genuine interest in Private Client work and can confidently work independently and autonomously on most straightforward matters (with appropriate supervision and support) and provide ongoing support for more complex matters
*The ideal candidate will be ambitious friendly and proactive, and will actively look for ways to contribute without waiting to be asked.
