Revenue Controller
Annual Salary: Up to £37,000.
Location: Bristol
Job Type: Hybrid (combination of home working and office-based)
We are seeking a Revenue Controller to join a dedicated revenue control team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on managing working capital, reducing overdue debt, and optimising cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage working capital for an assigned department, aiming to minimize overdue debt and maximize cash receipts.
*Conduct monthly meetings with stakeholders to review client and matter-related working capital (WIP and debt) issues.
*Liaise daily with a large portfolio of clients regarding debts, updating the credit control system accurately and promptly.
*Prepare WIP, disbursement, and debt reports.
*Negotiate payment plans with clients and complete regulatory paperwork where required.
*Ensure compliance with revenue control policies and discount/write-off procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in revenue or credit control and working capital management.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
*Strong communication skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.
*Good IT skills, particularly in Excel.
