Key Responsibilities
*Maintain and update project registers, dashboards, and records daily.
*Verify accuracy of contracted hours, employee details, and labour totals.
*Standardise report formatting and ensure formulas are correct.
*Organise tasks with clear department titles and sequence.
*Add and update active projects for full visibility.
*Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity.
*Support training of new team members on administrative processes.
Previous Experience
*Experience in administration, data management, or similar support roles.
*Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with strong data accuracy.
*Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
*Skilled in dashboards, reporting, and formula troubleshooting.
*Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
