Description
*Financial modelling and pricing strategy for bids, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
*Translate tender documentation into accurate, persuasive financial workbooks and bid content
*Collaborate with Business Development and other key internal stakeholders to understand proposed solutions and model the financial workbooks accordingly
*Documenting pricing assumptions for internal sign off and client submission
*Communicate agendas and timeframes to ensure relevant approval before submissions
*Support the Business Development team with weekly investment meetings
*Support with updating and improving sales workbook models
*Set and validate target pricing benchmarks and maintain knowledge of bench-marking prices including price to win analysis.
*Produce final client facing financial returns
*Contribute to improving costing and pricing efficiency
*Work with the Business Development Team to create a profitable commercial offer in new business proposals, as well as supplying key competitor analysis.
Profile
A successful Bid Finance Manager should have:
*Experience in management accountants/Commercial finance
*Working towards ACCA or CIMA qualification
*Proficiency in MS Excel - financial modelling and analysis tools.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £45,000 per annum.
