Product Owner (Digital)

Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

We are partnering with a leading organisation in Kettering to find a Product Owner to join their Digital Software team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape key business applications, drive product strategy, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class digital solutions.

The Role

As Product Owner, you’ll work closely with project teams and third-party agencies to ensure high-quality delivery across all phases of the application and project lifecycle.

You will:
*Own the direction and features of critical business applications
*Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support business initiatives
*Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and produce specifications and feasibility reports
*Conduct gap analysis, support UAT, and assist with user training and system rollout
*Coordinate projects and resources to achieve deliverables efficiently
You will be a key point of contact for digital solutions, ensuring applications meet business needs and follow best-practice methodologies.

About YouEssential:
*Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and modern digital solutions
*Experience in change management/business in a commercial environment
*Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
*Analytical, structured, logical thinking
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio
*Experience with cloud computing, web, CMS, and API technologies
*BA Diploma modules or equivalent
Desirable:
*PRINCE2 or Agile (SCRUM) experience
*AWS or Azure experience
