Job Description:
Finance Assistant
*Location: Aberdeen, Scotland
*Job Type: Part-Time, 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
*Salary: Flexible
Reed Accountancy are working with a renowned Aberdeen client who are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. With a specialism in accounts payable, this role would see the successful candidate supporting everyday finance functions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Processing purchase and sales invoices
*Reconciling supplier statements and credit cards
*Preparing payment runs
*Reviewing and processing expenses
*Dealing with and resolving ledger enquiries
*Assisting in month and year-end procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in a similar finance role
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
