HR & Payroll Administrator
Location: LS25
Salary: £28,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR & Payroll Administrator to join a busy team. This is a varied role supporting the HR & Payroll Manager—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities
*Monitor and record employee absences
*Support payroll including checking daily hours
*Process employee vehicle fines
*Data input
*Send HR-related letters and correspondence
*Compliance checks
*Check and approve invoices
*Onboard new starters and issue contracts
*Assist with payroll tasks including new starters and issuing P45s
*Process staff expenses and manage online filing
*Schedule training and renew staff qualifications
*Maintain HR records, holiday logs, and personnel spreadsheets
*Assist with recruitment, including interview scheduling and liaising with agencies
What We’re Looking For
*Ability to handle confidential information professionally
*Previous office-based experience
*Strong IT skills
*Excellent administrative and organisational skills
*High attention to detail and time management
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
*Multilingual skills are advantageous
