Job Description:
MOT Tester required for our client’s busy independent garage, located in Torquay.
The salary of this role is up to £35,000 basic.
MOT Testers play a huge role in our client’s company, and they play a huge role in keeping our roads safe!
Benefits:
*Basic salary up to £35,000 DOE
*Monday - Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
*Saturdays are optional
Responsibilities:
*Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
*Perform general servicing, maintenance, and repair work
*Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical issues
*Complete relevant documentation and maintain records of work
*Ensure health and safety standards are followed
Requirements:
*Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
*Valid MOT Licence (preferred)
*Previous experience in as a technician
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets
