Customer Service Advisor – Job Description
Location: Bracknell
Hours: 40 hours per week (Shifts between 9:00am–7:00pm)
Additional Hours: Every other Saturday, 9:00am–2:00pm
Salary: £18,500
Guaranteed Bonus: £400 per month
OTE: £27,500–£30,000
Training: Full training provided

We assess each policy on its own merits, combining innovative broking with traditional values to deliver great value insurance products while treating clients as individuals.
We speak directly to customers to fully understand their needs and identify opportunities to reduce premiums while ensuring complete coverage. We welcome enquiries from customers with accident or motoring convictions, modified vehicles, and households with multiple cars, offering competitive rates and discounts where applicable.

Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide exceptional service to both new and existing customers. You will manage enquiries, assist with policy changes, resolve issues, and ensure compliance while contributing to a positive team environment. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role with opportunities for development.
Key Responsibilities
*Answer inbound customer enquiries
*Make changes to customer policies
*Identify solutions to retain customers
*Process customer documents and flag potential fraud
*Review policies and resolve any issues
*Recover outstanding balances after cancellations
*Liaise with insurer partners to support customers
Ideal Candidate Profile
Although not essential, the ideal candidate may have:
*Previous customer service experience
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Flexibility to work shifts
Requirements
*English and Maths at GCSE level
*No unspent criminal convictions
*Ability to work the required shifts, including alternate Saturdays
