Senior Designer | Athleisure | Lifestyle brand | Manchester | £50,000 - £65,000 + Hybrid Working This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known, highly reputable lifestyle brand with a strong retail footprint, a growing store network, and a thriving online presence.
Based in the Greater Manchester area, this role offers a salary of £50,000 - £65,000, hybrid working, and a bonus. As a key member of the Design function, you’ll shape the creative vision of the brand, driving trend-led, commercial, and cohesive collections across men’s and women’s categories while collaborating closely with Buying, Product Development, and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: * Identify market opportunities through trend, customer, and competitor research.
* Build seasonal design boards that clearly define brand handwriting and direction.
* Develop and deliver design briefs with aligned price targets in partnership with Buying.
* Create commercial, trend-led seasonal colour palettes and manage colour standards.
* Keep the team informed with fresh, relevant trend and colour insights.
* Produce high-quality CADs, graphics, checks, stripes, and supporting artwork.
* Plan each season with clarity, structure, and a strong design point of view.
* Ensure consistency across men’s and women’s collections and all product categories.
* Design new branding and accessories artwork aligned to themes and brand identity.
* Present seasonal concepts and collections confidently to internal and external audiences.
* Support brand integrity through clear, cohesive handwriting and guideline development.
* Contribute to commercial success by delivering timely samples and supporting sales performance.
