Finance Supervisor

*Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Supervisor to join a growing business in Bolton. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and support the wider team to keep everything running smoothly.
Duties
*Managing payments, invoices, and purchase orders.
*Coordinating payroll and ensuring compliance with legislation.
*Chasing overdue payments and keeping accurate records.
*Handling the finance inbox and responding to queries promptly.
*Preparing reports and analysis for senior management.
*Supporting audits and making sure processes meet company and regulatory standards.
Requirements
*Previous experience in a finance role, ideally in a busy environment.
*Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
*Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and payment processes.
*Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Confident communicator who can work independently and as part of a team.
