This is a hybrid role after passing probation, working 3 days per week in the Bethnal Green, East London office and 2 days working from home.


What You’ll Be Doing
*Day-to-day bookkeeping, including processing invoices, receipts, payments and journals
*Supporting VAT returns, bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
*Assisting with cashflow, forecasting and management reporting
*Liaising with clients and suppliers to resolve finance queries quickly and professionally
*Supporting credit control and debtor management
*Assisting with tour finance admin, basic withholding tax documents and client reporting
*Preparing information for personal tax returns and responding to HMRC queries


What You Need
*Experience in bookkeeping / accounts assistant / finance admin role
*AAT Level 2-3 (or equivalent experience) preferred
*Strong understanding of VAT, bookkeeping principles and ledger processes
*Confident using Xero, QuickBooks or similar accounting software
*Payroll/pensions knowledge useful, but not essential
*Ideally you have already worked within music, entertainment, television or other creative organisation
