About the Role
We are currently seeking a Vehicle Refrigeration Technician to join our skilled and growing team based in NR15. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation of refrigeration units in commercial panel vans, working from detailed job specifications to deliver high-quality installations to our customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in vehicle systems or light engineering, looking to develop their skills with full training and all tools provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Install refrigeration systems to commercial vans, following job specifications

* Use a variety of hand and power tools to fit condenser units (roof-mounted) and evaporator units (load space)

* Carry out basic electrical installations including connection of wiring looms

* Route and connect piping and electrical components to a clean and professional standard

* Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently

* Perform other workshop duties as required

What We’re Looking For
* Experience with hand and power tools

* Basic understanding of electrical systems

* A methodical approach and attention to detail

* Ability to follow instructions and job specifications

* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team

* Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Hours
0800-1630, Monday to Friday
