Job Description:
Finance Manager | South Yorkshire | c£55,000
Elevation are pleased to be supporting a growing organisation in the healthcare sector as they look to appoint a Finance Manager. This is a key role within a busy, values-led environment, where you’ll take ownership of the finance function and play an important part in strengthening the organisation’s next phase of development.
The business is evolving, investing in its systems and structures, and creating space for someone who enjoys stepping into a role where their voice genuinely matters. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help bring greater clarity to financial performance, support decision-making, and continue to build a finance operation that is both efficient and forward-thinking.
You’ll lead the day-to-day running of finance, ensure reporting is timely and accurate, and act as a trusted partner across the organisation as it continues to grow. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, feels comfortable improving processes, and values strong relationships with colleagues outside of finance.
We’re keen to speak with finance professionals who bring solid experience, confidence with modern accounting systems, and a proactive approach to making things better. Strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to balance both operational and strategic thinking will serve you well here.
