Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
*Planning and Delivery: Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to the varying needs of students.
*Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment, employing effective behaviour management strategies to promote learning and respect.
*Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Use assessment data to inform future planning and interventions.
*Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers, support staff, and leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning across the school.
*Parent Communication: Establish effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns, fostering a strong home-school partnership.
*Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your teaching practice.
*Safeguarding: Uphold and promote the school’s safeguarding policies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.

*Position: Primary School Teacher

*Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
*Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Experience, Training, and Qualifications:
*Qualifications: Teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*Experience: Previous experience working in a UK primary school setting is required.
*Training: Up-to-date safeguarding training issued within the last year is desirable; however, some training will be provided.
