About the Role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, and tax planning matters. You will provide expert advice and build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Draft and review wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
*Handle probate and estate administration matters from start to finish
*Advise clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management strategies
*Maintain compliance with regulatory and firm standards
*Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor (NQ considered) with experience or interest in private client law
*Strong knowledge of wills, probate, and tax planning
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
*Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
