We’re working on behalf of a leading client in the engineering/manufacturing industry to recruit a Sales Administrator. This role is designed for someone eager to grow and develop in a technical sales environment.
What You’ll Do
*Provide technical customer service and manage accounts.
*Liaise with internal teams including engineering, operations, and production.
*Support the Internal Sales and Business Development team with day-to-day tasks.
*Generate quotations and process orders using ERP systems.
*Respond to customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
*Coordinate customer training sessions and arrange in-house visits.
*Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional service at every stage.
What We’re Looking For
*Technical mindset – comfortable with technical concepts and drawings.
*Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
*Meticulous attention to detail – accuracy is key.
*Strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach.
*Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and intermediate MS Office skills (Excel).
*Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, or construction industries is desirable.
*Secondary language skills are a bonus!
