Job Description:
Our client is a leading estate agency with a reputation for success and professionalism. They are looking for a hard-working, proactive Office Administrator to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and wants to be part of a business where effort is rewarded and achievements are celebrated.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist with compliance and ensure all documentation meets industry standards.
*Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate property viewings.
*Prepare property details, marketing materials, and sales documentation.
*Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring excellent client service.
*Provide administrative and secretarial support to a busy sales team.
*Maintain accurate records and update property portals and CRM systems.
Experience:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (preferred).
*Previous experience in property is advantageous but not essential.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
*Ability to work under pressure and support a target-driven team.
