Area to be covered: South West
Office location: Bristol
Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000neg + profit related bonus
Benefits: £8,000 car allowance, pension, phone, laptop & 22 days annual leave
The role of the Contracts Manager Roofing & Cladding will involve:
*Contracts Manager position dealing with various roofing and cladding refurbishment services; felts, liquid systems, flat roofing systems, single ply, industrial cladding systems etc within the industrial, commercial and public sector markets
*Working for a national roofing contractor within the roof refurbishment market
*Day to day management of contracts ensuring they’re completed to the highest standard and on time
*Managing various gangs of roofers and subcontract roofers
*Responsible for the production of RAMS and H&S documentation
*Controlling financial elements of projects ensure budgets are adhered to
*Typically managing up to 7 project sites at any one time (ranging in size from £50k up to £500k)
*Providing health & safety audits to the Directors via a portal system
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager Roofing & Cladding industry with:
*Must be a Project or Contracts Manager within the roofing & cladding market
*Must have experience dealing with roofing refurbishment projects
*Knowledge of various roofing systems; felts, liquid systems, flat roofing systems, single ply, industrial cladding systems etc
*Comfortable taking ownership of numerous projects
*Must be physically fit, able to climb ladders/climb onto roofs so must be comfortable with heights
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
*Confident and articulate
