Events Manager
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (ASAP start – End of March)
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday (with flexibility for global coordination)

What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing the full event cycle for international business summits
*Handling logistics: venues, AV, catering, floorplans, hotel blocks, and team travel
*Keeping budgets on track and ensuring value for money
*Running events onsite, overseeing setup, registration, and delegate experience
*Building strong relationships with speakers, partners, and suppliers
*Negotiating with venues and vendors to secure the best deals
*Coordinating branding and event materials with the marketing team
*Managing networking platforms and ensuring partner deliverables are met
*Supporting the Operations Director with planning and team workload allocation
What You’ll Bring
*Proven experience managing events from concept to completion
*Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
*Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
*A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail
*Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
*Familiarity with registration platforms (Cvent, Swapcard desirable)
*Flexibility to travel internationally and adapt to different time zones
*Bonus: Additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, or Arabic
