Job Description:
Personal Injury & Regulatory Solicitor
Location: Preston
We are working with an outstanding Legal 500 firm that is seeking an experienced solicitor with expertise in defending high value and complex claims to join its award-winning team. This is a brilliant opportunity to expand your skillset into regulatory matters as well.
Role Overview
You will be handling and supporting on a varied caseload of defendant insurance claims, including employers’ liability, public & product liability claims resulting from injuries, liability and contractual issues.
Experience Required
*Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 1 years PQE
*Solid experience and knowledge of EL/PL claims
*Demonstrable knowledge of CPR and insurance litigation
