About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Membership Administrator to join our team for a 12 month project. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously worked within a membership organisation and understands the importance of delivering exceptional service to members.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and maintain accurate membership records.
*Handle member queries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
*Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations.
*Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
*Assist in preparing reports and data analysis related to membership activity.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a membership organisation.
*Strong administrative and organisational skills.
*Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
*Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
