Sales Office Administrator
Annual Salary: £27,500
Location: Bradford
Job Type: Full-time
Join an established Distribution company in Bradford as a Sales Office Administrator. This permanent role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic sales team within a well-regarded business known for its positive team atmosphere and good working conditions. Full product training and support will be provided, making this a great opportunity for both experienced and new entrants to the field.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle inbound sales calls, efficiently processing and accurately recording sales orders
*Identify technical queries and redirect them to the manufacturer for expert assistance
*Provide updates on estimated delivery times and effectively handle and resolve general complaints
*Ensure outstanding customer service on every call, aiming to deliver an unparalleled customer experience
*Conduct detailed administration following each call to maintain accurate records
*Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required by the Sales Department
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous customer service experience in a busy office environment is advantageous but not essential
*Confidence in handling phone communications with B2B customers
*Good organisational and multitasking skills to efficiently process and accurately record sales orders
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
*Proficiency in basic MS Office and understanding of routine Excel files
*Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and enjoy being part of a team
