*Hourly Rate: £20.28 PAYE / £25.74 Umbrella

*Job Type: Temporary, (minimum 3 days a week on-site)

We are seeking a Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role involves covering a patch of properties in Orpington, ensuring efficient management and response to housing-related issues.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet safety and maintenance standards.
*Respond to tenant queries and concerns promptly, providing high-quality customer service.
*Manage and resolve complaints and issues related to housing, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
*Maintain accurate records of interactions, incidents, and inspections.
*Implement neighbourhood policies and procedures to enhance community living standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in a similar role within a housing association or property management.
*Strong understanding of housing laws and regulations.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
