Senior IFA Administrator
Location: Stafford
Salary: Up to £32,000 + benefits + career progression


We are partnering with a highly respected and growing independent financial planning firm that is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their established team in Stafford. What You Will Be Doing


In this key role, you will support Financial Planners by delivering accurate, timely and well-prepared client advice and technical research. Your responsibilities will include:
*Acting as a proactive point of contact for clients
*Working closely with Financial Planners to ensure an exceptional client experience
*Maintaining and updating back-office systems, workflows and client records
*Processing new business and gathering AML documentation
*Supporting and coaching junior colleagues to develop their skills
*Assisting the Client Services Manager with day-to-day operational duties
*Liaising with operational teams to improve processes and drive efficiencies
*Identifying risks, breaches and opportunities for continuous improvement
*Managing general queries, calls and communication for Financial Planners
