Team PA/Senior Administrator
*Annual Salary: £30,000-35,000
*Location: York – very easy commuting links
*Job Type: 37.5 hours a week with Fridays remote working.
I’m currently recruiting for an exciting role with a client who I have been following their impressive growth for some time. We are currently seeking a Team PA/Senior Administrator where you will provide proactive and reliable administrative and coordination support to the Development and Origination teams. You will ensure the smooth running of team operations by managing travel bookings, supporting meeting agendas and logistics, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Meeting Support: Prepare and distribute agendas, collate supporting materials, and ensure participants are fully briefed for meetings involving staff. Take accurate notes and ensure effective follow-up and action tracking.
*Administration: Deliver reliable day-to-day administrative support, including document preparation and formatting.
*Travel & Itinerary Management: Arrange and coordinate travel plans and itineraries for team members, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly organised.
*Team Assistant Duties: Support diary management and meeting logistics, assist with induction schedules for new joiners, and coordinate quarterly Development Away Days.
*Event & Away Day Support: Assist with the planning and delivery of team events, workshops, and Development Away Days, overseeing logistics and ensuring smooth execution.
*Expenses: Manage weekly expense submissions for the Chief Development Officer.
*AI & Digital Tools: Use AI and digital tools to streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and support data analysis and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience: Proven experience providing administrative support in a team or office environment. Familiarity with travel booking, diary management, and meeting coordination is essential.
*Skills: Excellent organisational and time management abilities, strong attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive, resourceful approach.
*Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with digital collaboration tools.
*Personality: Team player able to multitask and think on your feet.
