Job Description:
PA to CEO
*Annual Salary: To be discussed
*Location: Wimbledon
*Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a PA to the CEO for a dynamic organisation specialising in educational events. This role is based in Wimbledon and requires a highly organised and proactive individual with exceptional PowerPoint skills to support the CEO in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, ensuring efficient time management and coordination of meetings and appointments.
*Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
*Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for various events and meetings.
*Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
*Conduct research and prepare reports and documentation for meetings and presentations.
*Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
*Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
*Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a PA or executive assistant to senior management.
*Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating professional and engaging presentations.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
*Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
*Preferably with experience in the educational events sector.
