SEN Teaching Assistant

Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
*Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
*Facilitate small group sessions and one-on-one support to enhance learning outcomes.
*Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
*Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
*Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within an SEN setting.
*Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
*A patient, caring, and professional demeanour.
