Responsibilities of an EYFS Teaching Assistant * Supporting children aged 3-5 in their daily EYFS routines

* Helping with phonics, early reading and communication skills

* Encouraging independence, exploration and positive behaviour

* Supporting small groups and 1:1 when needed

* Maintaining a safe, nurturing and engaging EYFS environment

What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant or nursery worker

* Understanding of EYFS child development

* Warm, patient and flexible approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to adapt quickly to new settings
