The RoleAs a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you will:
*Build and manage relationships with healthcare clients and candidates
*Source, screen, and place high-quality healthcare professionals
*Manage the full 360 recruitment process (or receive full training if junior)
*Proactively generate new business through sales and relationship building
*Maintain accurate compliance and administrative records
