You will Provide reliable and effective administrative and technical support to the Underwriting function across all offices in their international team.. Offering superior, responsive customer service to our brokers and clients and assist the wider underwriting team in producing and underwriting business.
Job Duties:
What you will be developed to know:
• You will be trained by an experienced group of Multinational Insurance specialists to review policy requests, identify any queries with the requests and producing policy wordings within a Service Level Agreement. (Training will happen face to face in office and also remotely through the use of Microsoft Teams)
• You will develop system experience and expertise in systems, the Underwriting platforms and various other software platforms.
• You will be responsible for responding to email communications with insurance brokers in the UK and many European countries in a timely manner.
• You will work with a team of experienced individuals to process premium bookings in accordance with financial month end requirements.
• You will have an opportunity to study for Insurance qualifications.
