Finance Business Partner: £60,000-£65,000 | Cambridge| Hybrid (4 days onsite)

As the company continues its impressive expansion, we’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities * Analyse, cleanse and interpret large, complex datasets to support critical commercial and operational decisions.
* Build interactive dashboards, detailed financial reports and KPI packs to monitor margins, costs, revenue streams and performance trends.
* Identify inefficiencies, risks and value-creation opportunities, providing recommendations that drive profitability.
* Partner with the Finance Director on scenario modelling, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
* Conduct product, service and customer profitability analysis to guide pricing strategy and commercial initiatives.
* Present financial insights to senior leaders in a clear and accessible way, enabling informed decision-making.
What You’ll Bring * A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Advanced Excel skills alongside experience with BI tools such as Power BI, SQL or FP&A platforms.
* Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large datasets.
* Solid grounding in cost accounting, margin analysis and financial modelling.
* A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
