Job Description:
Theo Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an apprentice recruitment administrator to join them based at their Loughton office. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and become a successful administrator. The role includes posting content regularly on all social media accounts, writing jobs adverts, blog articles, managing website and creating data list exports.
Apprentice Recruitment Administrator – Loughton
Salary: £7.55ph
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Theo aim to deliver recruitment excellence with all business activities offering a service of real value. For this position, we require an individual who cares about the standards in recruitment and the drive to help the further evolution of our company whilst carrying out all elements of administration required.
Apprentice Recruitment Administrator Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a diverse range of duties:
*Full office administration supporting all members of staff
*Filing, scanning & photocopying
*Adding worker details onto a variety of CRM systems & completing forms
*Answering the telephone & speaking with clients and candidates
*Prepare offer letters for successful candidates
*Making calls to chase up documents
*Arranging Meetings
*Sorting emails from various accounts
The ideal Apprentice Recruitment Administrator:
*Proficient using basic IT systems such as excel, outlook & word
*Good organizational & Time keeping skills
*Able to work on your own and be pro-active.
*Bring a positive & professional attitude
*Be open to learning and evolving knowledge and skillset
*Exceptional communication skills demonstrating enthusiasm, clarity & conviction

*A full-time role within the company following successful completion of an apprenticeship

Training to be provided
*Level 3 Business Administrator standard delivered through 15 Months workplace based training.
*English and Maths Level 2 functional skills if required.
Apprenticeship standard
*Business administrator level 3 standard
