Description
*Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
*Oversee payroll reporting and ensure timely submissions to relevant authorities.
*Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures in line with company standards.
*Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related queries.
*Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to maintain accurate financial records.
*Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes where necessary.
*Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll data.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
*Previous experience in payroll management within a professional environment.
*A strong understanding of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
*Knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry is desirable.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
*Strong communication skills to liaise with employees and external stakeholders effectively.
*Proficiency in relevant payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
*CIPP qualification.
Job Offer
