About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team in Canterbury. This role is with a leading manufacturing and distribution company and offers a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately pick and pack orders to meet customer requirements.
*Operate handheld scanners for inventory and order processing.
*Ensure all items are handled safely and efficiently.
*Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
*Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
*Comfortable with manual handling tasks.
*Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse environment.
*Previous experience in picking and packing and using handheld scanners.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
*Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Desirable:
*Counterbalance forklift licence.
